(Author's Note: Mr. Ferguson and his long-time composing partner, Jack Elliott, were responsible for this famous jingle, first heard in 1972, seen at the end of hundreds of hours of programs such as "Dallas", "The Waltons" and "Knots Landing". In logo fan circles, the aforementioned logo, in its form from 1978 to 1986, is known to strike fear in the hearts of many logo fans.)
