K-SAN is the big jumper. Also nice jump for KNBR.
One other thing about KSAN: It's #2 in 18-34. We're talking about a classic rock station that appeals to millennials. This isn't unusual.
With so many people still confined to home or spending more hours at home, radios or listening devices seem to be controlled by older family members but listened to in common areas by all the family.
Wow. You assume there's only one audio device per house? And everyone listens to that one device? Not sure families live that way. Especially in San Francisco. Today everyone has their own personal device.
But in the common areas, it is an adult head of household that does that.
Maybe in your household. This is San Francisco. Fewer millennials live with their parents here. More are independent, working for tech companies, making a lot of money.
How many Hispanic parents listen to classic rock?
But I am talking about the nearly 60% of the population that is Asian and Hispanic. Those groups have, in the vast majority, more traditional family values.
Let's see... the #5 station in Mexico City is classic rock.
And how many of those groups listen to classic rock? And what caused this to happen NOW? San Francisco has one of the lowest incidences of COVID of any part of the state.
You said Hispanics. Did they all come from Mexico City? I don't consider all Hispanics to be Mexican.
How many of the higher echelon tech people do you think get recruited to carry a PPM? The answer is a negative number.
KSAN had a totally atypical pop in October. It does not mirror January and February. It does not mirror August and September. It resembles no months in 2019. So it looks like a panel anomaly;
That's a far more plausible opinion than everything else you've said in this thread.
So the KNBR jump, because of the FM signal, right?
