That is likely why CC hasn't fired him. CC will put him in a sort of Japanese retirement, where he'll have a desk basement but not allowed to do any real work. :-\

Per the PG, it says other changes at the station are in the works. Could it mean a possible format change?
 
Maybe they'll sell it to Traditional Catholic Radio and make it an all Catholic radio station broadcasting the Traditional Latin Mass. ;D
 
The new morning show starts tomorrow (Tuesday)
Bubba, Shelley, and Melanie.
 
That's the best they could come up with? So, Melanie moves to mornings along with Bubba "I like yelling" and Shelley "I'm a little too old for this". Hmmm. I would've thought they'd hire someone who could stear the show.

I see Scott Alexander is now doing middays. That to me is a big mistake. I would've kept Melanie there or put a girl there. I enjoyed listening to Melanie in my office. Scott is adequate but, not very entertaining or identifiable with their target demo like Melanie is.

Zack Williams. Really management, you think he's the best you have for afternoons? What happens at night? Please tell me Grimm will get that gig. He's quite good. I would've put him on in the morning instead of Melanie. Just me though.
 
Let's get real. If any of the star staff were entertaining or identifiable with their target demo they would have shown it over the last decade. None of these people can get the job done. They had their time. So, it's time to fire the whole lot of them! I do agree that Grim would be the better choice for mornings.
Here is my new line up.

1) Grim mornings.
2)Scott Alexander retires to Florida to find people his own age.
3) Afternoons? Zack should be only cleaning the station vehicles and not be on the radio.
4) Who really cares it's ONLY star!

What's the point really?
 
Classic Hits with Merkel in morning drive. Instead of knocking heads with WSHH and LTJ, they go after the more vulnerable 3WS.
