Oskaloosa, Iowa Swapmeet is Saturday, March 20th!
The Mahaska Hams will be hosting their 22nd Annual Amateur Radio Swapmeet on Saturday, March 20th from 8:00am to 11:30am at the American Legion Hall, 302 High Avenue East in Oskaloosa, Iowa. (One block South of Highway 92 and one block East of the town square.) Admission is by donation. Tables are just $5 each. I like this swapmeet because there's plenty of parking and it's easy to load and unload. The atmosphere is cozy and very friendly. Last year had a good crowd, a good turnout of people, but was very short of equipment for sale. Although it is nice to see and visit with old friends, and make some new ones, the purpose of the swapmeet is to buy and sell equipment. I hope to see you there!
