Hearst Television’s NBC affiliate WYFF Greenville, S.C. (DMA 38), announced today that beginning next week Parella Lewis will anchor weather weekday mornings on WYFF News 4 Today, joining Geoff Hart and Amanda Crawford. The news follows Dale Gilbert’s announcement that he plans to scale back his schedule.
“Parella joined WYFF 4 last fall and has made significant contributions to the team on Saturday and Sunday mornings,” said WYFF President-GM John Humphries. “We recognize that getting an accurate forecast in the morning is important to our viewers, and we’re confident Parella will carry on WYFF 4’s tradition of excellence.”
