past radio jock the new person of interest in ricin case in tupelo

Never met the guy but I've heard some... "Interesting" things about him.

i worked with him at okk, all i recall is he had long black hair, usually didnt have a lot to say and had a ferret. have talked to an ex of his in laurel that messaged me after i added the story to my fb page, she has some not so nice things to say about him...lol

Did she tell you what he was doing with that ferret?.............yes.....yes she did, something about mailing it to you....just watch out for the white powdery substance

According to an article I read earlier he is now in the clink and has been charged. This whole thing sounds like a twisted episode of Law & Order in the making. :)

There is a affidavit on this guy on msnewsnow.com. After reading this, the Feds seem to have a case. He won't get off if the evidence sticks as I think it will.

In the meantime, according to the NE Miss. Daily Jounal, Mr Paul Kevin Curtis, the person originally charged and let off for lack of evidence, is looking to get his reputation back. His lawyer in Oxford has asked for restitution from the Feds to get some money to clean and restore his house after it was ransacked by the Feds doing a search, to take Mr Curtis' name off the no fly list, and to receive some per diam money so he could get by in the meantime while things can get back to normal. I hope Mr Curtis is made whole by the actions of his attorney and actions of the Feds.

Restitution from the Feds? Yeah, good luck with that. ::)

Several years ago a local sheriff down on the coast raided and destroyed what he thought was a crop of mary-ju-wana growing on some huntin' grounds. Turns out, it was kenaf, a food that attracts deer. Had the sheriff asked someone, he would have been told. But they weren't sure, so they destroyed it. And the hunting club whose expensive plants were taken? Tough. A court upheld the right of the police to destroy property as long as they thought they were doing the right thing.

I doubt the initial suspect in this ricin scare will get anything.

And going back on topic, some of the ex-DJ who has now been arrested's property has tested positive for ricin.
