Paul Heggen leaves KPIX CBS News Bay Area

At least the two stations use the same branding ("First Alert Weather") for their weather forecasts, and he won't have to learn a different phrase.

Charlotte has become a respectably large market in the last few decades. He (and his family?) will probably be able to live much better on whatever his new compensation package pays him.
