Philadelphia radio info on NFL conference championship games tomorrow

WIP 610 AM will broadcast the NFC title game Sunday 1/21 at 3 PM. Broadcasters from the westwood one team: Dave Sims, Bob Trumpy and Kevin Kiley. The AFC game will be carried on WPEN 950 AM following the NFC game. Announcers: Marv Albert, Sam Wyche and John Dockery.
 
In slightly more important news: Big ups to Dave Sims who a week or so ago was named the new TV voice of the Seattle Mariners. He's been past due for a solid gig, and now he has one.

If you live or are driving where you can get these stations and don't feel like reaching for the tuner after NO/CHI ends, WEEU-830 and WDEL 1150 will carry both games.

Does WIP have a Sixers or Flyers conflict during NE/IND?

Sixers play at 6 PM EST tonight. The Sixers game on WIP 610 AM will be joined in progress after the NFC game ends.

Was that last post neccesary?? I think we are all smart enough to know that 1) The game broadcast on WIP was to start at 3:00pm (as you pointed out in your first post of the thread) and 2) That the game broadcast had started at 3:17pm when you posted to announce that the game was on!

I, as most of the people who are interested, will continue to watch on TV. HDTV to be exact!
