Phoenix Rising extend deal with Arizona's Family for three years to air games

Great. When is KTVK going to return to Youtube TV? It seems like it's been off for about a year now. Disney just pulled ABC and ESPN last week from YT too.

Probably never. Same goes for Scripps' KASW/61. YTTV doesn't seem to care for independents.

No settlement on that, at least as of this morning.

But at the same time, YTTV never blacked out GCU games on Channel 45, nor have they blacked out Suns games on Channel 5.

I expect a settlement no later than December 1. The FBS bowl games and playoffs will begin next month. Disney owns or controls all of them other than the Sun Bowl and a couple others. They can't afford to lose 10 million households on these big-money events.

Personally, I can't drop YTTV until January, when NFL Sunday Ticket ends (there are no refunds), so I'm kinda stuck. But after that, I'm open to moving if YTTV continues with their "Dish Network" attitude. It's too bad, because they provide a decent service for a good price. But they have to understand that they're just the carrier, not the programming owner. Owners get to set their price. If they can work out a deal, then great, but if not, there are competitors looking for my business.
