Pictures from Cap's 3/15/08 New Orleans Radio Reunion

Well I gotta say thanks for the pics, guys! Old pals Allen Beebe and Bo Walker still looking great as ever.

I'd hoped to see Dan Diamond in there, who I also haven't seen in 20 years. Dan was a good guy to work for, and a good man period. Sorry to hear he had a stroke and recently lost his wife.

And by the way, Bo, remember that time you told me "When you're peein' clear, that's when you're losing weight?" You were partially right, that's when you're losing weight cuz yer diabetic -- found out that one the hard way.

Hope I can make the next one and drink a few unsweetened Ice Tea's with ya'll Take care all!

JJ

Wow! Great pics... Even washed up, unemployed Bo Walker looks, well, washed up and unemployed.

Bo's not unemployed... he's production director at CCNO. He and I share an office/production room.

Je suis désolé.

But as a former production director (market 19), turned morning star (market 15), turned program director (market 29), and current general manager (market 66), I find it sad that Bo's once promising career has been reduced to dubbing barter spots for the Evil Empire about which he once railed.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

I've known Bo for right at 17 years. I don't know you.

I've liked Bo since Day One. So far, I'm not very impressed with you.

Never impressed with someone that has to remind everyone how many years they've been at each position...toot your own horn somewhere else...we don't use these forums to slam one another.

Trust me when I tell you that I am one fat, old, ugly mofo.

That's not my point. Do you know what my point actually is? Seriously... do you? I'm not here to slam anyone, just tellin' the truth.

Rick,

You say you're not here to slam anyone but you refer to Bo Walker as "washed up and unemployed". He is far from either.

At the very least you are grossly misinformed.

Still not impressed.
