Pirate radio station on 101.5 in Mesquite, TX

I think a lot of pirate stations showing up on the dial are run by a lot of former radio pros. The reason I come to that conclusion is there is a fellow who claims to have worked in radio professionally and runs an undocumented signal about 15 miles from me in northern MN called "Liquid Radio". The only thing that makes them stick out is the music they play, which 99% of the time leans toward EDM. Otherwise with the audio processing, IDs and other production, no one would know the difference.

Did a little driving out of my way on the way to work tonight ot hear this thing.
In Plano I had an intermittant signal from what sounded like a spanish religous station on 101.5. It was competing with KNUE off and on.
I checked the adjacent channels and it was not bleedover. I drove south on 75 and took 635 East. Still heard KNUE and this mystery spanish station off and on.
I started to hear a different signal in the background a bit the farther east I went into Garland. When I crested a hill and saw the exit for Centerville, I got hit by a strong stereo signal from
the pirate you all have been talking about. It was playing some kind of alternative rock. The signal got better for a while and only started to flake a bit when I turned to go west on I-30.
It degraded pretty quick as I headed back west and was pretty much gone by the time I got to La Prada.

When I got into downtown I tuned back in and still heard the mystery spanish station competing with KNUE. Not very strong, but definitely there.

Didn't hear the Mesquite pirate this morning at 9:50 on I-30/Beltline. Instead was picking up Lite FM 101.5 out of Miami Fl. Real time check (in eastern) and Miami-Dade traffic report and mention of litemiami.com website. Might have been some skip or something like last wknd when that 94. something from Alaska was on his/her station. Last night coming home I heard dead air with some sporadic hum.

I'm currently eating at Sonic off Broadway/Beltine on I-30, and I hear Q101 in Chicago's Alternative perfectly. Wow, I didn't know Chicago stations can get picked up here in Garland. Amazing.

Could it still be E-Skip if Q101 is still being broadcasted as of now? The original Q101 is on the 101.1 frequency; not the 101.5. I think it's just pirate that can't do anything original and had to simulcast an out of state station. It's nice and different, but I want to hear someones own work. Have any of you been hearing or listening to it?

I haven't heard the signal in the last couple of days. Sometimes its just a dead carrier but not even that now. :'(
