And only 100 miles to the east of Quincy/Hannibal, in Springfield:
WCIX (My 49.1)/49.2 CBS (49.2 is a rebroadcast of sister station WCIA-3.1 Champaign) (with the situation vice-versa in Champaign and the eastern half of the Springfield/Decatur/Champaign market).
From 1967-1985 (as translator W49AA) and 1985-April 2002 (as WCFN) channel 49 served as the analog repeater for WCIA's main channel 3 signal in the Springfield area, before going standalone as UPN (2002-2006) and My (2006-present) affiliates (with CBS on 49.2 on digital). (The station's calls changed to WCIX in 2011).

Western Montana: The ABC affiliates in Western Montana (KFBB, KWYB, and KTMF) all have FOX on xx.2.
Presque Isle, ME: FOX affiliate WAGM has CBS on 8.2. Prior to the digital transition, WAGM was a CBS affiliate and a secondary affiliate of NBC.
Glendive, MT: CBS affiliate KXGN has NBC on 5.2. Prior to the digital transition, KXGN had a secondary affiliation with NBC.
I thought Kirksville-Ottumwa and Quincy-Hannibal were separate markets.
Tupelo, MS: WTVA 9.2 carries ABC (NBC is on 9.1)
Jackson, TN: WBBJ carries CBS on 7.3 (NBC on 7.1)
Correction: 7.1 on WBBJ is ABC.
