I'm assuming he's been fired since I see no mention of him on either station's websites. But if this is true, put him away for a long time, if not life!
When I was but a wee lad living in Birmingham, I used to call up and request songs (and play contests) occasionally on the snoozy adult contemporary Magic 96. It was the station where I won my first prize (a Temptations CD, before I even had a CD player!) and also my first taste of scuzzy adults, where the overnight jock once took me from giving a request to asking me all kinds of questions about what I was wearing and if I liked to do certain sexual acts. Mind you, I was only 12 or 13, so EWW Factor X 10! It didn't dawn on me then but now I look back and realize what a creep the guy was.
Even as an adult I can't fathom why someone would risk their job/career/life over being a pervert or worse to strangers on the phone.
Bob was never a good DJ. He was ok and lazy as can be. Always playing on the internet when he should have been working. If he did do this, he needs to go to jail. This made me sick when I saw it on All Access.
