Portsmouth – Country simulcast 97.5 WOKQ/103.7 WPKQ, Classic Hits simulcast “The Shark” 102.1 WSAK/105.3 WSHK
Have new owners again. Cumulus will send 53 stations to Townsquare for $238 Million.

So there's basically 3 owners in Maine now: Townsquare, Blueberry and everyone else.
What becomes of the studios at One City Center in Portland?
Probably nothing... didn't Cumulus acquire the studios from Citadel? Unless Townsquare has other property in mind to save $$, I would assume they'd stay there.
