Q100, Rock100, Kicks, 99x, Journey, AGH all are going to be on iHeart Radio...

Will it replace TuneIn?????????

I am sick of the CBS and CC people not allowing online TuneIn Streaming.

Last I checked you could still get the CBS newstalker in Charlotte on TuneIn. But CBS may want you to use radio.com.

I have Blackberry through AT&T and the Radio.com app isn't available to me. Very frusturating.

You could use ooTunes but it costs money unlike tune in. It plays CC, CBS, Cox, Lincoln, and probably Townsquare.

PLEASE FORGIVE me if I am missing any possible sarcasm or something else that just went right over my head, as far as the title of this post.....BUT.....

Clear Channel (which does IHeartRadio) struck a deal with Cumulus to carry Cumulus's stations on IHeartRadio. In addition, CC will promote Cumulus's SweetJack daily-deal service on its stations. CC encrypts its streams so that you have to use IHeartRadio (on a PC or smartphone) to listen to them, instead of TuneIn or some other stream player.

TuneIn on a PC (really a website, not an app like on a smartphone) merely fires up IHeartRadio via the station stream link if you want to listen to a CC station, but the smartphone app apparently can't do that even if you have the IHR app instaled.

The hassle is having to have multiple apps to listen to all your stations.
