QSL From 4KZ 5055kHz Innisfail, QLD, Aus (Heard In Alaska!)

Despite being a very avid DXer, I rarely write for QSLs… takes too much time. Often times I don’t even send a quick “Hey, I heard you email”. But the 4KZ 5055khz service was on my Most Wanted list from here in central Alaska and having known GM Al Kirton for over 15 years, and that he’s a bit ox a DXer and ham radio guy himself, I had to write for this QSL.

Took exactly two weeks to arrive. I love the 5055 Sticker and QSL Card.

Here’s my audio… fast forward to 28 minutes for the tail end of the song then the unmistakable 4KZ news sponsor id, station ID and time tones.
