radio 92.3 in cleveland close to radio 1045

Is this a new Alternative station in the Cleveland market...the reason I ask this is because its owned by CBS, it has the same webpage and design and plays identical music, same logo. I was under the impression CC owned the name Radio xxxx and the web design, who knows. How is the station doing in the ratings just curious...
