Radio real state info. Renda 100.7 and 94.1 sale for 2.7 million WJSJ 105.3 worth

Hello guys! I need some opinions from people that know a little about radio real state. If Renda sold 2 fm stations one a 62,000 watts at 100.7 with grate coverage in jax and a 5,500 watts station at 94.1 for 3.7 million dollars, how much can WJSJ 105.3 be worth? am not sure if 100.7 and 94.1 was sold with any real state but WJSJ 105.3 has no real state what so ever. It does not have studios and they rent tower space so basically all you are buying is the license and transmitter equipment. Also station is not billing any money at the time.
