Radio Wars--The History of Rock and Roll in Indianapolis

I hope media 1170 will be there. I guess if all the old jocks buy tickets we should seat the thing up. Did moto supply all the old snake pit photos??????
I debated waiting until the Television showing but decided to buy tickets. Not sold out yet. I just need to find a girdle and my old Buzzard jacket. I really would like to get an old WNAP shirt to wear. Unfortunately the current WIFE is in Rushville, Indiana and the logo somewhat degrades from the old days.
Radio has lost importance to people. The days of having something new, fun, and interesting are gone. We are not in the shape of Newspapers which have degraded to bulk mailers for ads. People still tune to us, but, we know that the internet and new choices will dilute what is left.
Still looking for the next new format. Something fun and interesting would be great for this area. What this is no one seems to know.

During the process of producing this documentary, did anyone come into possession of the complete WIFE Solid Rock jingle package? I'd love to have a copy of that with particular interest in the "Rock Of Indiana" jingles.

The early WFBQ 'shows a summer intern cuing up a reel-to-reel and setting it for the tone trigger.....Scroll text under that action... "Indy's Top-40 is heard on WFBQ"......Jockless.....
