And the Quick News Update, HEATHER ROGERS is still Looking for Votes http://www.thecoverzone.com/2006catfights.html but the voting may be over, now that it’s October, Unfortunately. Hopefully you all had a chance to help her get that Prize. STORM THE UNPREDICTABLE, http://www.vh1.com/shows/events/hip_hop_honors/2006/fs59/, has made it to Another Round in the VH1 thing.. Go Vote again.

We recently read MONTAUK BABIES (Or The Many Lives Of Al Leedskalnin), written by O.H. Krill and published by Reality Press (http://www.reality-entertainment.com/books) a rather Interesting look at alternative Fiction, Time Travel, and revved-up Conspiracy Theories. There is an overall clever way of presenting the chapters physically off kilter, depending upon the action of the Story. Illustrated throughout by John Malloy, the art work is as interesting and Involved as the story itself. For one reason or another, the whole package reminds us a little of the 1950’s Science Fiction pulp classics as well as the Dime Store novels of the early 20th century. Overall, if you like alternative and underground fiction, you might like this. We could only wish for more Interactive Art.
