Ramsey Lewis - RIP (Age 87)

An amazing jazz musician. Also involved with the Urban Knights, the jazz fusion band that was often heard on SJ radio in the late '90s and 2000s (songs like 'Sweet Home Chicago' and the cover of 'Got to Give It Up' come to mind).
May he forever RIP. :(
 
Up until he passed away, Ramsay Lewis was doing a 3 hour weekly syndicated radio show called " The Legends Of Jazz With Ramsay Lewis". One affiliate announced they will continue to air past episodes in the usual Sunday night time slot of 9pm to Midnight. KJZY-FM Santa Rosa, CA
