Reaction to the end of The Bob and Tom Show's Nashville Run

Honestly, there's been more buzz today about the new K-Love station than there was about the loss of WRQQ. Ran across one stinkin' tweet from someone saying they'd miss Bob and Tom. Maybe listeners haven't gotten the word and it'll hit the fan Monday morning...

There really was virtually no press or reaction from what I could tell on this. I agree, tomorrow may be a different story.

But, if you checkout Mobile's WABB 97.5 (now WABD) on Facebook, you can see all the reaction to what has been a really interesting flip of a single ownership CHR to K-LOVE and how a couple of companies actually worked together to "fix" a weird format situation there. Pensacola and Mobile listeners were highly upset with that flip. True, the reaction here won't be much. FWIW, RQQ had finally re-cracked a consistent 3.0 / 25-54 over the last few months and was actually in the Top 5 nights! Go figure. Talk about 'timing." Not since the old Star 97 days had things been brighter. I wonder what will happen to 106.7.....

I read about this change on Tuesday on this board and that is the ONLY PLACE that I've seen anything reported about RQQ switching over to K-Love. Nothing in the Tennessean, Nashville City Paper, local newscast, etc. I know a couple of people that are Bob & Tom Fanantics, I just wonder if they are aware of no more Bob and Tom in Nashville?

B&T are on 97.5 WZZP...which is licensed to Hopkinsville, KY. They're only running 6kw from
a tower site south of Hoplinsville, so they are difficult if not impossible to hear in Nashville
