The reason why I made this post is because I am fascinated with television sign-offs, especially moments where stations turned off analog broadcasting around 2009. Some stations did "DTV nightlight (broadcasts only information about converting to DTV)" after June 12 that lasted two weeks or a month; particularly I'm focusing on the latter. I have heard from posts on the forum that stations like WCVB and WGBH in Boston, MA shut down the nightlight broadcast around midnight, on July 13. Curious if other users on this forum can share if they had experienced the moment the switch was flipped of the last nightlighting stations (and thus, the last full-power analog stations in US). I thank you very much.
