René Santaella is elevated to the role of Chief Digital and Streaming Officer at Estrella Media. Santaella had been serving as Executive VP, Digital & Streaming Media.

Estrella Media, formerly known as LBI Media, owns and operates 14 radio stations and the Don Cheto Radio Network, which airs on 33 affiliated stations throughout the U.S. The Spanish-language media company also operates EstrellaTV, a national broadcast television network that is seen on 16 owned or operated stations and 33 affiliated stations, as well as through cable and satellite providers and digital streaming platforms, in addition to the multiplatform digital news network Estrella News and Estrella Games, a Spanish-language game show network.

In his new role, Santaella will oversee digital and streaming operations for all of the company’s audio and video content offerings.
