Perhaps, if FR wants a trade, could be a different market. But I'm guessing it's all just a straight-up sale, and one that will bring in some big money.
Remember, the San Francisco trade was born out of pure necessity on CBS' part. They HAD to get rid of the massive 610 signal so as to acquire KOVR-TV in Sacremento, creating a CBS/CW O&O duopoly over there (CBS has another CBS/CW O&O duopoly in SF, and a CBS/Indie O&O duopoly in Los Angeles).
Family Radio is solely selling off the Camden and Annapolis stations because they are on the commercial FM band, and even by 2011 standards, represent a serious infusion of cash. They need that right now.
