you must be thinking of Dickinson
I know KOTA (ABC) was owned by the Duhamel Family until 2013 when they sold to Schurz (and now Gray). Ironic twist is both KOTA and KSFY Sioux Falls are now owned by Gray
Looking at wiki the only stations that are "combined" for both markets are CBS and PBS.
