This show was actually called 9 On Kansas City & was a local public affairs show which was hosted by KMBC-TV reporter Michael Maloney.
12:05 am - After*Words
This also a local show, hosted by KMBC-TV's, at the time, weekday morning meteorologist Joel Nichols where Joel would interview both Kansas City & national celebrities who happened to be stopping in the Kansas City area. When Joel Nichols moved from KMBC-TV to KSHB-TV, in 2015, he would host a similar show there called Nichols at Night which would occasionally air right after Saturday Night Live.
