Something is obviously missing from the morning lineup on both stations.

Obviously the Today Show (when John Chancellor was hosting it).
After 9 am until 10 it was local programming.

Remembered "Cartoon Time" on WIMA-TV when it aired classic Terrytoons....roughly around 1966...mostly Deputy Dawg,Farmer Alfalfa and Gandy Goose & Sourpuss....all in glorious B&W ...and Bob Heffner was the morning announcer.

I also remember WIMA-TV getting its NBC network feed from WKJG-TV in Ft. Wayne and received ABC and TVS sports from WSPD-TV Toledo...they finally got the microwave relay feed from NBC when it became WLIO.
