8:00 PM 13 - Eight Is Enough
8:30 PM 13 - Three's Company

Bound to be a misprint since Eight Is Enough premiered on Tuesday nights at 8:00(an hour show BTW) and Three's Company aired on Thursdays at 8:30 until Eight Is Enough moved to Wednesday nights at 7:00 in the fall of 1977 and Three's Company moved to Tuesday nights at 8:00 starting in the summer of 1977 with the airing of the reruns of the first 6 episodes of the show and then for the rest of its 8 season run.

When I was typing it in, I thought the same thing. But I haven't seen an episode of "Eight Is Enough" in years, so thought maybe I was wrong about it being an hour.

At that time apparently Channel 3 was actually carrying the CBS Late Movie. I can't remember how long that lasted, but through most of the 80's and early 90's they carried local movies and eventually reruns of shows like MASH and Cheers instead. THey dropped all CBS late night programming until David Letterman moved to CBS, and even his show was delayed by a half hour for a few months for reruns of Cheers.

If WREG ever carried The CBS Late Movie, it couldn't have been for long! What I remember is that for much of the '70s, channel 3 had THE EARLY MOVIE at 3:00 (preempting the last CBS daytime slot), and had a similar motif for the logo slide at 1030, calling it THE LATE MOVIE. My 40-something mind might be playing tricks on me, but I believe the EARLY logo slide's dominant color was red, while the LATE slide was blue.

At some time in 1977, 3 discontinued the afternoon movie and went with sitcoms (curiously, WTWV-9/Tupelo did so at the same time; ahhhh, for the days when one could watch two - count 'em - two Brady Bunch reruns after school! Wow!)

Anyway, maybe channel 3 started clearing CBS' late night at that point ... ?

I wasn't an avid watcher of WKNO in 1977, but the name "City Theater Preview" resonates in the bowels of my mind.
