Nope...this was a Canadian show, not sure as from where-Western Canadian programming seemed to run on most CBC stations in the 9-10am slot in those days...

Took me a while to track down the open on YouTube, but France 3 was listed as the only specific participating station, though the European Broadcasting Union is also mentioned and the BBC's distribution arm BBC Worldwide supplied some footage for the program.
