Uncle Croc's Block, (10:30 AM, ch. 7) ostensibly a spoof of local kids show hosts, was such a resounding flop that ABC severed all business ties with Filmation (producers of the show) after that.
 
I imagine NBC followed suit sometime between then and 1981, when CBS was the only network with Filmation shows.
 
I just checked Newsday's listing, and it was indeed "This is the NFL".

I've just realized the irony of that error made by the Daily News, considering the fact that they owned WPIX!

The second-to-last listing (Midnight) under channel 9 should've said "International Championship Wrestling", not "Racing".
