8 McGowan [what was this?]

This is likely a talk show hosted by Don McGowan, originating from CFCF in Montreal (I think). Here's a CFCF promo for its earlier version, "McGowan and Co.":

28 Homework Hotline [Tacoma Public Schools local show?]

Most likely a local program. Over the years, some educational stations carried a daily or weekly "Homework Hotline" (or similar) program -- I read somewhere that WCIU in Chicago also had one in recent years. (Was it so?)

2 Stanley Cup Playoffs
Division Final, if necessary.

On this date, the St. Louis Blues and the Toronto Maple Leafs won the Division 4 games to 3, with a score of 2 to 1; and the Calgary Flames won the Division against the Edmonton Oilers, also 4 games to 3, with a score of 3 to 2. I don't know which game was seen at that time, however.

Those might be added at a later date. But if I do include prime time, 4, 5 and 7 will be omitted because they are Big 3 affiliates and the prime time is the same as the Washington D.C. listing that I have from the same day.

I know that KLCS 58 [operated by LAUSD] either does or recently cancelled their Homework Hotline show, which started running in 1984-and got national publicity by Time Magazine.
