Bonus, not included initially in the TV guide, noted as a footnote: Football: PSV vs. Real Madrid (1988-89 European Cup quarter-finals).

A more than decent schedule. I wonder if the Lolel i Bolek cartoons were shown dubbed or with lektor, like they did in TVR1.

In the 1970s, before the austerity politicies of Ceaușescu, the TV guide was longer than in 1989 (around 10 hours of emissions, plus 5 or 6 hours of broadcasts on the Second Channel, closed in 1985). In those years, you seen Romanian-based cartoons, such as: "Mihaela" (a pretty little girl), "Bălănel și Miaunel" (a story based on two characters: Bălănel, a dog and Miaunel, a cat), "Buldogul Manole", "Gopo" (an humanoid), all of these broadcasted in a feed called "1001 de Seri" (1001 Evenings) .

Only after Romanian Revolution started to appear foreign cartoons: "Ninja Turtles", "Sandy Bell", "Looney Tunes" and other cartoons who appeared initially on NBC Super Channel.

I love Mihaela and Manole! Their shorts had titles in English, Spanish and French and no dialogue, so anyone can see.
