Was this the last show of the series? Also was a delay from Wednesday night if so.

Delay from Tuesday night?

Except for Happening '68,why wasn't ABC Saturday morning shows seen on this station especially American Bandstand?

Yes. Channel 13 ran a movie on Monday night. By the
time I moved to Tampa in '73 Gunsmoke was airing on
pattern Mondays at 8.

I think that by the summer of '69 Channel 9 was carrying all
of ABC's Saturday-morning programming except the 10 AM show;
they still carried Zorro reruns. I seem to recall a love/hate
relationship between 9 and American Bandstand, and periods when
it was pre-empted were not uncommon. (This is the station whose
number-one show, and Orlando's as well, was Lawrence Welk.)

See my post containing the Tuesday listings if you haven't already -- WFTV aired the kids' shows weekday mornings.

Incidentally, by the time I was old enough to care, WTSP (the former WLCY) was no longer airing "American Bandstand."

2:00 NASL Soccer (Eastern conference championship, Cleveland Stokers at Atlanta Chiefs, or Western conference championship, teams TBA)

Looks as if it would have been the Cleveland-Atlanta match, which was won by Atlanta 2-1, giving them the victory in the two-game total-goals series 3-2. The Western Conference championship would have been between the San Diego Toros and Kansas City Spurs (they played Sept. 11 and 16, SD winning 2-1.) Atlanta went on to win the championship, defeating San Diego two-game total-goals 3-0.
