I wonder if it was called CityPulse back then.

According to Wikipedia (usual disclaimers apply), the CityPulse name wasn't used until 1977...the listings didn't indicate what the title was at that time. For the record, CBLT used 24 Hours while CFTO used their long time World Beat News title.
