Rhythmic Hot A/C - The New KTFM San Antonio, KSII El Paso, WMVN St. Louis

Anyone noticed the music mix at these stations? It's not Rhythmic A/C, it's not CHR, and it's not your traditional sounding Hot A/C.
Go to yes.com and type in KTFM, then type WMVN, and finally KSII. The most successful and established of the three is KSII 93.1 Kiss FM El Paso.

KTF seems pretty much a typical Rhythmic Ac to me. As for KSII, they look like a trainwreck, and Wmvn seems like an Adult Top 40 to me.

KSII looks like a trainwreck because it is in a whatever weekend, weird for a top 40 station

I drove through El Paso in March and heard this station. CHRles said it pretty accurately they are not quite CHR, not quite Rhythmic AC, and not your typical Hot AC.

During the 1:00 PM hour, I heard both Culture Club "Karma Chameleon" and Lupe Fiasco/Matthew Santos "Superstar" and this was during normal programming, not a whatever weekend. While some may consider this to be a trainwreck, El Paso has several format holes, so they can be more flexible than most Hot ACs and targets both white and hispanic adult females.
