Richard Hayes,TV dance show on Channel 5 in late 50's/early 60's

After Alan Freed was suspended , due to payola allegations ,by Channel 5 from the 5-6 PM daily teen dance show,Richard Hayes took it over.
Is this the same Richard Hayes that was in movies and also did some TV game shows on early 60's TV ?

I believe you are correct on Richard Hayes. He was a game show host back in the late 60's and early 70's, specifically he hosted "The Baby Game" on ABC back in 1968. He also hosted the syndicated "All About Faces" back in the 70's. I recall him doing a special New York State Lottery show back in '79 on WTEN/10 and WCDC/19 in Albany. A few years later I heard him do an overnight show on WCAU/1210 (now WPHT) in Philadelphia back in the late 80's. I actually had a chance to speak with him on WCAU about "The Baby Game". He seemed very pleasant and was glad to talk about his days as a game show host. When WCAU left the air in the early 90's, I don't where he wound up afterwards. But, he seemed like real nice guy.

According to IMDB.com, Hayes is still alive and turned 83 on January 5th of this year (2013).

The site claims he went into talk radio in Philadelphia and New York in the 1980's and 1990's.
