Rick DeFranco leaving WWNY-Watertown to move to Montana

Another day...another departure from WWNY. Rick DeFranco, longtime weatherman (since 1996) is leaving the station for a new life in Montana. He will be leaving in mid January.
John Kubis (current weekends) will fill in until a replacement is found.

Could the return of Jay Donovan be in the works?

Its possible if Jay Donovan is looking for work. He is a well known meteorologist in the area from his days at WWTI. John Moore was also well known and WWNY got him after WWTI stopped doing news.
