Rocking M Media sells Talk 1490 KMET Banning/Riverside and 98.1 K251CC Beaumont CA to Christopher Miller’s KMET LLC for $51,000. The buyer owns 33% of the seller, which operates stations across Kansas. A sale of three other stations from Rocking M to Miller is pending.

Rocking M Media will retain CHR “92.7 The New Zoo” KZUH Minneapolis and “95.5 The Rock” KVOB Lindsborg. Classic Country “Real Country 101.7” KDJM had been operated via LMA from Randy Michaels’ Radioactive LLC but was sold to Divine Mercy Radio in August for $340,000.

The sale document notes that Rocking M’s LMA of KDJM as well as “La Mexicana” 92.9 KMML Cimarron/Dodge City and Conservative Talk “The Patriot” 105.7 KRMR Hays KS will end on December 2.

Chris Miller is the son of the other two Rocking M Media principals, Monte and Doris Miller, as each hold 33% stakes in the company.
