Ron Cephas Jones, ‘This Is Us’ actor who won 2 Emmys, dies at 66

I thought he was just a good actor. So he really did have health problems.

I first thought "This Is Us" might be a show I would want to watch, and then I started hearing it not only wasn't funny, but it made people cry.

Then I saw clips of Jones with his TV son on the awards shows. That was the beginning. Eventually, I was persuaded to watch, even all the old episodes when I learned they were free on the NBC web site, and it was a really good show. He was a big reason why I liked it.

That was a good show, but it was sort of soap operaish with all the different storylines. It was my old roommate’s favorite show, which meant I had to watch it since we only had one tv. Ron was a great actor, RIP.
