Rubber City now ahead of some Cleveland stations....

I just don't really consider a CHR anymore. A sample hour shows only about 10 percent currents. Should there be some sort of new format name for these IHR CHR stations that are not current based? CHR Oldies?
 
Plus, as many here love to remind us, none of us know how 96.5 is doing in the target demos. They could be doing quite well (or at least well enough) in W 18-49
 
Sol was let go from WNCI. She was voicetracking WAKS at night. The station is a mess. I believe it's only purpose is to clear Elvis Duran and Ryan Seacrest in the market. That 1-2 punch of what might have been a ratings success 10-15 years ago is beyond its prime now.
