LA's AMP Radio (KAMP) shows up on the San Jose Ratings?! I see KFI from LA, showed up as streaming on a previous Arbitron report.

KGO got a 2.8 in San Francisco but a 4.5 in San Jose
KKSF-AM is not in the books yet

KCBS-AM/KFRC FM gets a 6.0 in San Francisco but KCBS in San Jose only gets a 3.2.

Often a household of PPM panelists may take a family vacation to perhaps Southern California listening to KAMP in their rental car.

Can we talk about 95.7 THE GAME and their ratings? KNBR 2 (KTCT 1050AM) does better than 95.7 THE GAME.

So all those spots on 95.7 claiming that Sports on FM is better are wrong twice. They lose to 2 AM stations. Game already has less commercials than 680 or 1050 so their shows must be really inferior

Seriously, a station doesn't need ratings if they don't sell on ratings. They sell on success with Indian folks going to the various local sponsors.
