A consent decree has been agreed to in the KFXY-LP case. The station's license is reinstated; San Tan will pay a civil penalty of $1,500 for improper underwriting announcements and must return the silent station to air within 4 1/2 months to keep the license.

Already approved to move to 105.1 (LMS 106420) where they'd have less of a KIIM problem.
They’ll then have a KHOV problem.
As for the 99.1 frequency, is it totally vacant in the East Valley? Could the KQFN translator on 95.9 move back to alleviate their KNLB translator interference?
Not sure, but I bet John Low would throw a fit. That's why they moved in the first place.
