San Tan Educational Media consent decree leads to KFXY-LP license reinstatement

And...KFXY-LP is back as “Fuzzy 99.5” (they’re not pretending they’re full of static)!
 
Already approved to move to 105.1 (LMS 106420) where they'd have less of a KIIM problem.

They’ll then have a KHOV problem.

As for the 99.1 frequency, is it totally vacant in the East Valley? Could the KQFN translator on 95.9 move back to alleviate their KNLB translator interference?

Not sure, but I bet John Low would throw a fit. That's why they moved in the first place.
