Savage to leave show (lawsuit v. TRN)---WRKO plans?

If they felt a post 7 pm local show would make money they would. WBZ does it but they choose not to do the same. Maybe they would run it as brokered time...send a few thousand bucks to them then sell ads to get your money back. If you have money to burn like John Kerry or Stephen King it should be no big deal. If WBZ didn,t have Rea on, maybe. But they choose to go syndie..as do many stations...after pm drive. WBZ is an exception...maybe Barry Armstrong can do more brokered time

you all making me dizzy

That's because any thread lasting more than 10 posts becomes the equivalent of an infinite number of monkeys banging on an infinite number of keyboards.

Reading posts whose only purpose is the run up the pitch count without adding anything to the conversation gets wearisome.

Regards,
TSB

Some stations like KOH Reno are advertising return of Savage. No sign of him coming back to RKO
yet (nothing on TKK site either); the sched for next week is up on the RKO site. Mon of course prez debate. And...

Tue Oct 23: 7:00PM-10:00PM Mark Levin
10:00PM-12:00AM Jerry Doyle

and so on
Savage's site lists he will be back on in SF, Houston,Dallas, Detroit, Prov (WPRO), Ft Lauderdale ect

It may happen but so far no moves--no press releases, nothing on their site. What they
would prob do is 7-9 Levin, 9-mid Savage, then mid-1 they could do best of Howie,
or one hour of Doyle etc. I don't know how many stations have signed the new Savage
deal yet (WPRO Prov is one of them) but it starts tonight
