Interesting news from Washington: the FCC has cleared the way for the assignment of license for stations KFCD 990 and KHSE 700 from David Schum's company to Bernard Dallas LLC. But there are still some loose ends, not the least of which is delaying the consummation of the deal until after the FCC acts on KFCD's license renewal application.
