Perhaps NBC is looking for Shiba's replacement. :D I just don't see how she went from weekend co anchor, to weekday co anchor to the lead co anchor so quickly, considering that she is lacking the the polish that Sue had. I feel sorry for David Ushery, who has a much more to offer and has not been given the same opportunity to advance.
