SHOCKER: WTXF FOX 29 is new home of the PA Lottery evening TV drawings as of tonight

Honest question: does anyone actually tune to the TV channel to watch the daily lottery drawings now? Maybe PowerBall when it hits half a gazillion dollars, but is it a draw of any significant value to watch the Pick 2 ping pong balls live?

I do. I love finding out live, if I have won anything. It adds to the excitement and drama .
 
Maybe I should play the numbers. :) But that leads to another question then: will it keep people tuned in past that two minutes? Did people just not tune away after the lottery and stick with Jeopardy solely because of the drawing? Will whatever it is that Fox 29 has in that slot gain many viewers? Or do/will people who feel compelled to watch the drawings tune in and tune right over to what they want to watch anyway?

Shocking and stunned? Wow. How did you fare with the leap second? It's all about money. Major coup? No. Better for PA lottery to stay on channel 6 right before Jeopardy. More people are watching. Fox & PA lottery came to an agreement, Disney didn't. That's all.
