Signal of "Kool Radio 96.1) W241CG

I had no idea how horrible the signal of 96.1 W241CG was. Was in New Britain today. (My Mom had an appointment). The signal of course was very choppy going by Tilcon on Woodford Avenue. It cleared up as we approached the Corbin Avenue intersection. Signal was crystal clear along Corbin Avenue. Then they played a song my Mom didn't like so she changed the station. When we got to our destination the Starling Medical Building on Kensington Avenue on the New Britain/Berlin line I switched the radio back to 96.1 and the signal was staticy and somewhat distorted. When we left we switched to 990, but then when we were halfway down Corbin Avenue I switched back to 96.1 and it was Crystal Clear. Approaching the Stop and Shop Plaza at the corner of Corbin Avenue and West Main Street 96.1 was very staticy. Even in the plaza it was staticy.

I know it wouldn't make $en$e, but I wish they would move Bomba from 104.1 HD2 and the translators to 104.1 HD1 and put Radio 104.1 on 104.1 HD2 and the translators, but swapping 96.1 and 98.5 - using 98.5 for Kool Radio and 96.1 for 104.1 HD2. 98.5 was Crystal Clear in all those areas. (Although I didn't check by Tilcon).
