I'd pick 4 that had city grade signals...format not important. Hire programmers that knew how to train new talent; knew whom their audience was; knew what said audience was into and their lifestyle. Hire sales people that knew how to grow business and become partners, not just take clients money like a bunch of crack whores because "we" haven't met goal. And I'd train all my staff to listen to our stations as listeners and not people whom have worked in this business for how ever many years...CHRIST, get rid of the clutter!!
