Some more suggestions for possible TV station in Galesburg (QCA) and others

I heard about this service that airs classic TV (kinda like TV Land) that's popping up like crazy in the US--if that's true, maybe DT 53 could air shows from that network for the Quad Cities.

Also, it is to my understanding that CBS4 (WHBF-TV) now has ESP Live....Maybe the station could turn that concept into a 24/7 weather channel like 6 or 8

And instead of repeating the NewsChannel 8 at 6pm on My TV 16, wouldn't it be better for the low-powered station to air a live 9pm newscast (then it could live up to it's slogan "live, local, latebreaking")?
